I am a passionate personal trainer of 7 years with a strong background in sports and competitive powerlifting. Growing up, I played every sport I could, igniting a lifelong love for physical activity. However, as I got older and had less access to team sports, I discovered my true calling in the gym.
After spending five years in an office job, I realized that my heart was in the fitness industry. I loved the community, vibe, and supportiveness that came with it. This realization prompted me to make a significant career change and become a personal trainer.
For the past seven years, I have thrived in this role, working with clients from all walks of life. My training style is a unique blend of compound movements and corrective exercises, aimed at helping individuals achieve their strongest, most pain-free selves. Creating a safe and fun environment and showing individuals that the gym is not a scary place but can be a place of support and love is one of my main goals as a trainer.
