Kraken Fitness Ltd. uses SMS text messaging to communicate with prospective and current clients. We have two types of SMS communications, each with its own consent process.

When you submit your information through our website, landing page, or any online form (including forms linked from our social media or advertising), you consent to receive SMS text messages from Kraken Fitness Ltd. at the mobile number you provide.

2. Current Clients
How we get your consent
Clients opt in to receive SMS messages by signing a Training Agreement or Online Coaching Agreement at the time of enrollment. The agreement includes explicit consent language authorizing SMS contact.

Message frequency varies based on your program and active training schedule.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also notify Kraken Fitness staff in writing at the facility.
