Brennan manages Kraken's coaching team day to day: hiring, onboarding every new trainer, running staff meetings, tracking the scoreboard. He's the person new hires actually go through on their way onto the floor, and the one making sure a growing team of 10+ coaches stays aligned as the roster expands.
He came up as a trainer first, with nine years of coaching experience and five years as a competitive powerlifter behind him, and he's CFES certified. That background is part of why he's effective managing other coaches — he still trains every morning between 5 and 8am, by choice, so he's never running the team from a distance. He knows what the floor actually feels like because he's still on it.
Low trainer churn and a staff that holds itself to a standard don't happen by accident — that's the part of the gym Brennan is responsible for.
