Most gyms show you a handful of amazing before-and-afters and call it a day. We do that too — you'll find them on our results page — but we also wanted to show our actual math, because "trust us" isn't good enough when it comes to your money and your health.
Here's exactly how we got to the numbers on our results page: who's counted, who isn't, and why.
November 2023 – July 2026. Every client below trained with us and logged weight at some point within this window — not all at the same time, and not all for the same length of time. We're showing the full window rather than a shorter, cherry-picked slice of it.
We took clients with a stated fat-loss goal who we 3D-body-scanned twice, at least 90 days apart (n=70) — the same population and time window as the 12.52 lbs and 90-day numbers below, just measured with a scan instead of a scale. 84.29% showed a real, measured drop in body fat percentage, not just a lower number on a bathroom scale.
Among clients with a stated fat-loss goal tracked for at least 90 days (n=152), 82.24% lost weight, averaging 12.52 lbs among those who did. That average blends small adjustments and bigger transformations alike — actual results ranged well beyond this number for some clients, and below it for others. An average always looks smaller than the best success story, because it includes everyone, not just the standouts.
This one comes from a different, stricter cut than the 90-day number above: clients whose weigh-in history clears a real trend test (not just noisy day-to-day fluctuation) — a minimum of 6 logged weigh-ins across at least 45 days, with a consistent, meaningful downward trend, not a single lucky before/after pair. Of the clients who clear that bar (n=117), 85.47% have lost 10 lbs or more.
Same population as the 12.52 lbs number — fat-loss-goal clients, 90-day window — but measured with a 3D body scan instead of a scale. The average client lost 1.73 inches off their waist and 2.18 percentage points of body fat in that window. Both of these numbers get better, not worse, the longer a client is tracked — which is the opposite of what you'd expect if this were random noise rather than a real, sustained effect.
Clients training 2 or more times per week lost weight faster than clients training once a week — about 30% faster on average. They also lost more overall, and a higher share of them lost weight at all. This is based on a real but limited sample (the once-a-week group is smaller than the rest), so we're stating the direction plainly rather than overselling the precision of the exact number.
