BKIN, PTS
I lead an active lifestyle and I have been in sport and athletics my whole life. I grew up playing many different sports, but I mainly focused on soccer and field hockey. My passion for sport led me to land a field hockey scholarship to York University where I studied Kinesiology and Health Sciences. As the captain, I lead my team to numerous provincial and national championship victories. My interest in strength training grew significantly during this time, shaping my career aspirations. Training under exceptional strength and conditioning coaches, I honed my skills and now apply that knowledge in my profession.
I am a practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. With this, I have previously worked and specialized in rehabilitation while working extensively with clients with various health conditions, injuries, and fitness objectives.
I have a passion for all things fitness and health and I love helping people reach their goals. I take a client-centered approach to make sure my clients stay motivated to improve. I like to make the sessions fun and lighthearted while making sure my clients are being pushed ensuring continuous progress. Every training session is tailored to meet my clients’ specific needs, with exercises modified as necessary to optimize results without discomfort.
Outside of Kraken you can find me hitting my personal fitness goals in the gym, going on long walks, or exploring the trails doing various hikes! I love all things food and nutrition and I strive to find the balance in moderation with everything I do!
I look forward to improving the lives of my clients and helping everyone reach their goals!
