About me:

Throughout my childhood, my primary focus was excelling academically. This dedication often meant long hours at my desk, leaving little room for physical activity. While I dabbled in some activities, I never played sports or maintained a consistent exercise routine. My first gym experience at 17 was fleeting and inconsistent.

Three years later, amidst a struggle with poor mental health, I sought a change and rediscovered the gym as my sanctuary. This journey not only improved my mental well-being but also transformed my body composition, strength, stress levels, and confidence. It ignited a deep passion for fitness.

My motivation is to be the best version of myself, physically, emotionally, and mentally. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help others achieve the same holistic transformation.

In the later stages of my fitness journey, I encountered the pitfalls of extreme dieting and exercise, leading to disordered eating, injuries, and body dysmorphia. These experiences have shaped my mission.

My aim is to help people not only fall in love with fitness but also adopt a sustainable lifestyle. Fitness should enhance life, not dominate it.

With extensive experience working with nutrition coaches and dieticians, I am adept at debunking nutrition myths and filtering out misinformation. I can help you find a personalized nutrition plan that works for you.

My training style blends bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic training, with a focus on sustainability. I emphasize healthy eating and exercise habits that are maintainable for the long term.
