Most gyms give teens two options: figure it out on their own with no real guidance, or join large group classes that teens might find awkward or boring. Our Teen Training Program is different.

At Kraken teens train in small groups of 3–6 athletes, all working toward getting better at their sport. Every athlete follows a structured and customized plan focused on building strength, improving performance, and learning how to train properly and safely—so they can progress without unnecessary risk of injury.

This isn’t about maxing out weights or copying adult workouts. It’s about teaching teens how to move well, get stronger the right way, and build confidence in and out of the gym.

Sport-Focused Strength Training

Programs are designed to improve overall strength, speed, and coordination that carry over to any sport—whether that’s hockey, soccer, basketball, or more.

Proper Lifting Technique & Injury Prevention

Teens learn correct form, body mechanics, and control from the start. This helps reduce injury risk and sets them up with lifelong training habits.

Small Group Coaching

With only 3–6 teens per session, coaches can give hands-on feedback, corrections, and encouragement to every athlete—without anyone getting lost.

Confidence & Accountability

Training alongside peers creates motivation and consistency, while still allowing each teen to progress at their own pace.

Structured, Efficient Sessions

Sessions are 45 minutes, keeping teens focused, engaged, and progressing without overtraining.
