I have been training at Kraken since October and I am now the strongest and leanest I’ve ever been. I have hit PRs on bench, squats, deadlifts and feel great. The best part about training here is that all of the thinking is done by your trainer, just show up, follow what they have programmed and you will see the results. The Gym is super clean and you rarely have to wait to use equipment. Shoutout to my trainer Brennan for fixing my deadlift form.
