Suzana started training with Kraken Training in November 2016 and has seen some durastic results. When Suzana started training, she was about 20lbs underweight. Weighing in at 104lbs at 5’4”. She was weak and constantly tired. She complained about feeling light headed and had difficulty concentrating.


After about 3 months, Suzana had already gained 10lbs and started to rapidly gain strength. She took interest in the gym and commited to training on her own to speed up progress.


After about a year of training, Suzana had gained over 20lbs putting her at 125lbs bodyweight. She didn’t have any more light headedness or difficulty concentrating. She was training 3-4x per week and seeing rapid results.


Now 3 years later, she is in the midst of prepping for her first bikini competition in 2019.

THE TRAINING

Because Suzana was extremely underweight and weak, Kraken Training had to really ease into training. Making sure she can handle completing the whole workout. Because of the lack of lean muscle mass, Suzana was put on a hypertrophy program to help her build muscle quickly. In the first 6 months of training she gained about 10lbs, 90% of which was lean muscle mass.


Suzana went from training twice a week with her trainer to training 4x per week on her own. She fell in love with working out and building muscle and working out went from being a burden to a part of her lifestyle.


As she gained more weight, Kraken Training started focusing on building strength. She was placed on a strength block and started gaining strength rapidly. Going from being able to squat 95lbs for 5 reps to 135lbs for 8 reps in a span of less than 6 months.
